The recovery was led by civil engineering, which grew 3 percent (from 3.1 percent in Q3), while building activity fell at a slower 0.3 percent (from -1.4 percent in Q3). On a quarterly basis, construction output shrank 1.4 percent, following a 4.9 percent fall in the previous period.
