Ramelius Resources Limited is an Australia-based gold company, which is engaged in the exploration, mine development, and production and sale of gold in Australia. It owns and operates the Mt Magnet Gold Mine, the Vivien Gold Mine, the Penny Gold Mine, the Edna May Gold Mine, Tampia Gold Mine and the Marda Gold Mine and associated processing plants around Western Australia. It also is involved in three Western Australia-based exploration projects, Mt Magnet, Edna May and Holleton. The Mt Magnet gold project is located approximately 500 kilometers (km) north-east of Perth in the Murchison Goldfield of the Western Australian Yilgarn Craton. The Vivien Gold Mine is located approximately 15km west of the town of Leinster in Western Australia. The Penny Gold Mine is located approximately 550km north-east of Perth in Western Australia. The Edna May Gold Mine is located within the Westonia Greenstone Belt, within the Southern Cross Province of Western Australia’s Archaean Yilgarn Craton.
