Natural Gas Services Group, Inc. is a provider of gas compression equipment and services to the natural gas industry. The Company manufactures, fabricates, rents, sells and maintains natural gas compressors and flare systems for oil and natural gas production and plant facilities. The Company also design, fabricate, sell, install, and service flare stacks and related ignition and control devices for onshore and offshore incineration of gas compounds, such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gases. The Company also provides an exchange and rebuild program for screw compressors and maintains an inventory of new and used compressors to facilitate this business. The Company also manufacture a line of compressor frames, cylinders and Cylinder-in-Plane (CiP) product.
