Motus Holdings Limited is a South Africa-based automotive company. It operates in four segments: Import and Distribution of passenger, light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and parts to serve a network of dealerships, car rental companies, fleets and government institutions in South Africa; Retail and Rental segment retails new and pre-owned passenger and commercial vehicles across all segments in South Africa and the United Kingdom (U, and passenger vehicles in Australia; Mobility Solutions develops and distributes vehicle-related financial products and services through importers, dealers, finance houses, insurers, call centers and digital channels and also a provider of fleet management services to corporate customers including fleet maintenance, licensing and registration services and Aftermarket Parts distributes and sells parts and accessories for mainly out-of-warranty vehicles in Southern Africa, UK and Europe. It is a developer and seller of value-added products and services (VAPS).
