Crestwood Equity Partners LP is a holding company and a master limited partnership (MLP). The Company develops, acquires, owns or controls, and operates fee-based assets and operations within the energy midstream sector. The Company's segments include gathering and processing (G&P), storage and transportation (S&T), and marketing, supply and logistics (MS&L). Its G&P provide natural gas, crude oil and produced water gathering, compression, treating, processing and disposal services to producers in unconventional shale plays. its S&T operations provide crude oil and natural gas storage and transportation services to producers, utilities and other customers. Its MS&L operations provide natural gas liquid (NGL), crude oil and natural gas marketing, storage, terminal and transportation services to producers, refiners, marketers and other customers. Its operating assets are owned by or through its subsidiary, Crestwood Midstream Partners LP.
