Industrial production in Kazakhstan increased 5.9 percent year-on-year in June of 2019, rebounding from a 1.6 percent drop in the previous month. Mining & quarrying output rebounded (8.6 percent vs -6.7 percent in May) while electricity, gas, steam & air conditioning supply advanced faster (6.3 percent vs 5.8 percent). On the other hand, manufacturing production went up at a softer pace (2.5 percent vs 3.8 percent). Industrial Production in Kazakhstan averaged 5.16 percent from 1999 until 2019, reaching an all time high of 23.30 percent in June of 2001 and a record low of -7.80 percent in April of 1999.
