Purchases of non-oil and gas shrank 7.28 percent to USD 12.37 billion, while oil and gas imports grew 5.33 percent to USD 2.13 billion, mainly led by crude oil (48.44 percent). Considering full year 2019, arrivals contracted 9.53 percent from a year earlier.
