Despite the improvement, most respondents still expect their business situation to be worse than better, namely those in construction (-19), transportation, storage and courier services (-13), financing and insurance (-13), real estate sectors (-12), manufacturing (-9), import/export trade and wholesale (-7) and retail (-5).
