In France, Hourly Wage Rate for Manual Workers (SHBO) excludes bonuses (except working time reduction related bonuses) and overtime payment. It corresponds to a gross wage, before social contribution and social incomes. It only refers to manual workers. It is obtained from the ACEMO survey, by dividing the monthly gross salary by the monthly average working hours.
