The Industrial Confidence Index in Colombia decreased to 1.3 in November 2019 from 5.7 in the previous month. It was the lowest reading since December last year, mainly due to a deterioration in output expectations for the next quarter (4.0 vs 16.6 in October). Also, sentiment worsened regarding current level of orders (-1.7 vs -1.0) and stocks of finished products (-1.6 vs -0.4).
