Imports rose 3.4 percent from a year earlier to EUR 32,074.4 million while imports decreased 2.4 percent to EUR 32,594.4 million. In the January to November period, the trade surplus narrowed to EUR 14,276.6 million from EUR 18,387.2 million in the same period of 2017. Balance of Trade in Belgium averaged 1076.32 EUR Million from 1993 until 2018, reaching an all time high of 2896.60 EUR Million in September of 2013 and a record low of -1026.60 EUR Million in August of 2008.
