Construction output in Armenia increased 2 percent year-on-year in May 2019, after a 1.8 percent rise in the prior month. Considering the first five months of 2019, construction activity grew 6.1 percent over a year ago. On a monthly basis, construction output jumped 43 percent compared to a 10.8 percent decline in the previous month. Construction Output in Armenia averaged -2.29 percent from 2011 until 2019, reaching an all time high of 25.10 percent in February of 2018 and a record low of -32.20 percent in July of 2011.
